Blue Sage Smudge Stick

A beautifully natural Blue Sage Smudge Stick, hand-tied and approximately 10cm long. With its soft silvery-grey leaves and rustic finish, it makes a lovely addition to meditation spaces, crystal collections and spiritual or wellbeing rituals.

Blue Sage is traditionally burned as an aromatic herb and is commonly associated with cleansing, clearing and creating a calm atmosphere. Simply light the end, allow it to smoulder briefly, then extinguish safely after use.

As this is a natural product, each stick will vary slightly in colour, shape and fullness, making every one unique.
