How Nuala Recommends Using It

1. EXFOLIATE
Before shampooing, apply the Exfoliating Scalp Treatment directly to the scalp, massage through, leave on for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

2. SHAMPOO TWICE
Follow with Balancing Shampoo. Nuala recommends shampooing twice. The first cleanse helps remove oil, styling products and build-up; the second gives your scalp and hair a thorough cleanse.

3. CONDITION
Apply Replenishing Conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends, then rinse thoroughly.

4. REFRESH & PROTECT
Use Refreshing Protective Mist directly on the scalp as part of your routine. Section the hair, spray onto the scalp and massage in. Do not rinse. Also great if you go to the gym.
